Battery is at autozone being charged since it was too low to test, ready by 10am. Barely started the truck this morning so I removed it and took it up there.

Verdict is in: bad battery. Wouldn't charge.

I figured as much because it seems to have bad a cell or cells.

New battery and she's all good.

I did a self test of the telltale signs of a bad alternator and that isn't the issue.
