65 and cloudy...if the sun comes out we'll be in the 70's easily. Only problem is we have more rain heading this way. Need to go and get my daily walk in shortly.

Found the leak.....finally.....

Thanks to peppermint extract and a good nose to smell it.....wasn't even in the attic....out in some old entry vestibule that they don't use anymore....
