Not a very good morning already. I was getting dressed when my phone beeped at me with a new e-mail saying that a friend and fellow instructor passed away early this morning. This is going to be a tough class this weekend knowing one of our own is not there.

39 degrees down here so I know it has to be cold up North! Christmas day it was in the 70's before the bad weather came through.
