well atleast when im looking at a halfton class truck. Most loads within the GVRW limits shouldn't require the assistance of a controller. So my theory is it wouldnt have been pushed to its limits....

Morning... watching kids back into curbs at school is priceless. I hear a squeeking sound and I see a civic rubbing the curb

All a brake controller does is tell the trailer brakes how much brake to apply. My boat has surge brakes so I didn't need a controller.

What about all those Silverados and Sierras too? I've seen Subarus with more ground clearance.
