A cricket and some other bugs are basically protien. What about ants? Are they primarily protien?

Yeah, just go ahead and eat them with whatever you happen to be snacking on this time (donuts, ding dongs, twinkies, cinnamon rolls). They'll just have little crunches in them. You can pretend it's like a Crunch Bar.

The crunch is not too goog with the Choc Parfait Nips.
