Yeah it's a good benefit to have. On top of the 10 hours vacation and 4 hours sick time we have up to 12 hours of unpaid time off and four attendance discrepancies per month.

Nice....

I can get time off pretty much at any time but i don't get any PTO for it either....

No paid vacations
No paid holidays
No paid sick time

We do get a heck of a good pension when we retire at 55 though....

Yeah I'll be able retire at 58 1/2 depending, on insurance cost.

the nice thing is.....the late 90's and early 2000's I put in A LOT of bonus hours....so I've got that already covered....

insurance costs are nutz....hopefully it gets under control...

EGR delete legal here? From what I've read just getting the coolant right and a new oil cooler it should be safe.

you won't be emissions tested (OBD2 or sniffer) since its over the 7200 GVRW testing cap.

Just a simple "visual inspection" of the vehicle that the emissions devices are still intact. So you shouldnt have any big issue.

Do it, IIRC the manual is 6spd. Very solid truck there!

I much prefer the lighter color, and single axle, if I was buying a F350
