My heart sank a little bit when I looked over right after the crash and it laying on its side puking coolant everywhere

Yeah. I can remember some good crashes. One where I broke my collar bone. Didn't care though... got right up and ran over to start picking fenders up off the ground and trying to bend my bars back. Then I noticed my one arm wasnt working like it should.

Same here, broke my clavicle twice getting slammed. 500 (open bore) class.

Me too! Twice too! First time was in Birch Run, Mi.. Second time was here at my local track 4 months later. The break was so fresh it destroyed the bone

I still have the X-rays as well, somewhere. Broke mine the first time @ Mustang Acres Brighton, MI. First turn, got hit' knocked down, got back up, grabbed the bars and got nailed again in the side, hard.

Second time I was just screwing around on the triples, hitting different parts of the first jump to get more straight up air time and I cased #3, went down shoulder first.

Broke it about an 11/2" over from the first time. Both times it hurt.
