I need to decide if a bed cover would be a good thing or not. Looking at the sliding Peragon.

I love my snugtop, especially now that its silver

I like the rollback type if you're looking for a convertible cover

I nearly have to have a rollback or fold up. I like the looks of the solid cover better, but it just restricts me too much. The Peragon accordians back to 6" and if that is in the way, you can easily pull it completely out. It does not have the retraction housing that could get in the way.

Kind of thought you would be, that's a sudden stop when the lanyard reaches it's expansion limit. Everyone I've talked to after an incident like yours said they felt like they were in a car accident for a few days.

My boss is getting close to a deal for a black 4x4 Platinum with everything on it. Sticker of $53,700 and his deal is $43,700. Sure sounds good, this time of year, if you want that type of truck. He currently drives a V8 2005 Tundra.

Everytime he walks by mine, he looks it over. He was considering a Dodge, as the town has a very good Chrysler dealership. I was kind of surprised when he went Ford. If he gets it, it will be an EB and I will challange him to a drag race.

So i got the first 500 miles on my gear set, doing the oil change this afternoon. I did get a chance to get some MPG numbers. With 80% city 20% highway i picked up a solid 2 MPG bringing me up to 12mpg witch for me seems ok for a lifted truck.

Now heres the kicker, i did all those miles and now im at exactly 508 miles, i am supposed to do the oil at 500, but, the idiot i am never bought the oil. Do you guys think another 10 miles to go get oil is that bad for the gears that i should get a ride or is 518-520 close enough to the 500?

But anybody on the fence about the gears, do it you wont be sorry. With that savings it will pay for itself in just less then a year. Plus it's nice to have some power again.
