I believe most do not recommend sanding although it can vary between manufacturers. Most times it'll tell you on the can. Is there a website you can check?

Most are not made to be sanded. I don't think I've ever sanded any.

I was at the dealer today picking the truck up and noticed the new FX4's don't have the chrome heads and tails anymore.

Nope. The FX4 and the FX2 are the same except for the 4 wheel drive. Same heads and tails as the Harleys.

The electricity came back on just before I arrived home last night, about 7:30. That was a blessing! trucks were still working in the neigborhood, blown transformer.

I get much better gas mileage going from Burleson to Brownsboro than I do Brownsboro to Burleson. Guess it is uphill? Also, the hills over here in East Texas really killed my average. On my first tank, averaged 18 overall.
