Sorry CrAz3D, been busy - just now checking the thread. I would use "that" or you could leave out "that" or "which" and insert a comma and more descriptive phrase:

"__ has requested a copy of <document>, referenced in your contract with ______ on page ____ (or at paragraph___)..."

Yes! Amazing isn't it? We actually have 4 Japanese companies and 1 German company as clients. It's been quite informative reading up on the etiquette.
