It's not too bad in the shade, right now. The tree guy said they've been working since 6AM. They're on their 3rd job today.

Was talking to a friend of mine last night. He lives out at Keene. We both lived in Abilene and were involved in car shows, street rodding, etc. He has built some fine hot rods. He called to see if I could go to Vernon to a rod run, and i told him about my cltch problem on the Muatang. He has just completed a new shop in his back yard and invited me to trauler it out there and we will fix it. May take him up on it as I just don't have the room or set up to do that in my garage. Maybe when the weather gets a little cooler.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I wish I had a garage to work in. Oh wait, I do, I just need to clean it out, and sell that darn RX7 that I'm using as a shelf.

Surely you have traulers in Alabama! It's a combination, trailer-hauler.

It was created because the u is right next to the i.

The clutch has been in there 20 years and has gone thru lots of speed shifting. I' have been expecting the disc to discentegrate. Instead, it froze(rusted) to the pressure plate.

You guys will have fun doing that clutch. You'll both be remembering the good ole days the whole time I bet.

Yeah. He currently has a 65 Mustang, a 32 Yellow Coupe he built from scratch, a 99 Expedition, a F150 and gave his daughter his 03 Mustang. He built a national show winning street rod that toured the show circuit back in the late 80s, called it the Freebird. Neat little T-bucket with a 289. Back then, he had a 65 Shelbey as well.

He runs the MRI at Huegly. He's quite a craftsman.

His Expedition has 300,000 miles on it.
