I reported it and the shop foreman said to drop it. It's his nephew. Go figure!!!!

 

Take it to the next level. That there is enough to get both of them fired. Do not go and do something stupid like resorting to violence. That is not a very smart move, even though it seems like the logical solution..

Randall, get a beer and go out the shop and relax for a while beating the crap out the guy is not the answer. There are other ways to make his life miserable with out landing in jail and getting fired.

It is perfectly fine for you to be pissed off, Randall. It is not OK is for you to take vengeance against him. You can count on the possibility of charges filed against you even if you do it off site. Your family depends on you and you being brought up on charges or fired won't support them. If you want another job then get another job. Don't let this eat at your insides.

I can understand being pissed about him talking smack about your wife but the truck door it's paint and metal and can be fixed. Go pull the schrader vavles out of the all four tires, super glue his coffee cup to the counter in the break room or weld his lunch box shut but don't lay a hand on him it won't end well.
