Yes I did and if I can lose the 30# I put on since I moved back home and took this office job I will be golden.

 

Put down the beer and work in the heat for awhile then. And I don't mean putting down the beer by drinking it all.

 

Thats what I have been doing. I am out making deliveries and we are not replacing the driver that left so I should be able to lose the weight pretty easily.:o

Edit: I just had my first beer tonight since Sunday night.
