I have a can of mixed peanuts, pecans, cashews, brazils and hazels. Pretty good grazing.

Anyone want to see a pic of our Abentia Queen in Playa de Carmen, Mexico?

I usually have cheddar pretzel bits, string cheese and maybe some yogurt.

Sure is she ever going to come visit her humble subjects?

It is nice if I cant leave for lunch some days. I have an electric cooler that I take with me if I have to make a long trip and dont want to stop any where. I think I paid $50 for it at Target a few years ago its only big enough to carry a couple bottles of pop/water and some sandwiches.

I don't know when she will return. Needs to be soon, for sure. I feel special, just hearing from her.

She got sick about half way through the trip, but is felling much better now. The food or water, I guess. It seems that in all the pics, she has this old guy hanging on to her! LOL

I posted in the thread about it that the officer did the right thing, and how I weep for our future because of the actions of the girls and the bystanders. No respect for authority anymore.

I posted too, and I agree. It disturbs me that there is even a question concerning the officers actions. Why does anyone want to be a policeman now?

yea my main thing is regardless of if he's in uniform or not, he displayed self defense within reason. Assault is assault regardless if you are wearing a badge.

Not to mention any of the 20 something bystanders could have easily jumped him, he had to maintain control of the situation and keep the peace.

I saw that thread and I have a couple friends that are cops and you should hear some of the stories they have told me about going on Domestic Disturbance calls. I think the officer reacted with an acceptable amount of force.

I agree, one punch like that is more or less a warning, he did not continue to punch her, take her to the ground and beat her. Then that would be over the top, once the accused is no longer resisting then its back to nice cop.
