I think I'm gonna switch to a 93 tune just like the nice 87 one I have.. would I see a noticeable difference?

Probably not John. I ran a 93 tow tune and 87 tow tune in my F150 and I couldnt tell the difference.

Nope I was running custom Troyer tunes and I honestly could not tell the difference.

Yes, there is a very noticable difference in my 87 and 93 tune. Just can't justify the difference in cost of gas to enjoy the extra performance. Stealth runs the 93 all the time.
