Good to hear and this weather looks like it will be around a while. I will see your terrible two and raise you a nine year old boy that thinks its a good idea to argue with everything you say.

 

My nine year old is the same way. He doesn't know the meaning of "shut up and do what you are told".

 

My grandkids are 11, 9, 6 and 4. Thank goodness I am with them for short periods at a time! LOL

 

Yupp. One afternoon he was being extra mouthy to his mother and I told him keep it up and you wont land until you are in your mid 30's.

His response was priceless. He looked at me in suprise and said you wouldnt dare. And I said in a calm quite tone with a smirk " try me".

 

 

As lite weight my son is, he my never land. He says he wants to be an astronaut, it might be his chance to become one.

I raised a son and a daughter. There were times when I wanted to pull my hair out and run off down the road screaming. Then I would think about when I was a teen and my poor parents. After thinking about that for a few minutes, I would pull my hair out and run off down the road screaming.

The nice thing, even with all my parenting mistakes, they turned out pretty dang good.
