here ya go dave (ford 10.5")

To maintain driveline balance, index-mark the driveshaft flange yoke and the pinion flange.

Remove the 4 bolts.

CAUTION: The driveshaft flange yoke fits tightly on the pinion flange yoke. Never hammer on the driveshaft or any of its components to disconnect the yoke from the flange. Pry only in the area shown, with a suitable tool, to disconnect the yoke from the flange. Using a suitable tool as shown, disconnect the driveshaft flange yoke from the pinion flange and support the driveshaft using mechanic's wire.

CAUTION: Index-mark the pinion flange to the pinion shaft prior to removal. Use the special tool to prevent the flange from turning while removing the lock nut and washer.

I can imagine. Do you happen to know what the torque specs are for the everything when I reassemble because if I remember right there is a crush sleeve in there that I have to replace as well?

NOTE: The pinion flange must never be hammered on or installed with power tools. Using the special tool, install the pinion flange.

Use a suitable tool to prevent the pinion flange from turning while installing the old washer and the pinion nut.
Tighten to 637 Nm (470 ft. lbs.) .

Using a Nm (inch lbs.) torque wrench, rotate the pinion. The rotational torque must read 2.9 - 5.0 Nm (25 - 45 inch lbs.) .
To increase the drive pinion bearing preload, remove drive pinion bearing preload shims. To decrease the drive pinion bearing preload, add drive pinion bearing shims.

While using a suitable tool to prevent the pinion flange from turning, remove the old washer and pinion nut

Using the special tool, remove the pinion flange.

CAUTION: If the drive pinion Seal becomes ****ed during installation, remove and install a new one. Make sure the garter spring remains in place during assembly. If the spring is dislodged, a new drive pinion seal must be installed. Using the special tool, drive the pinion seal into the housing.
Coat the pinion seal (rubber lips) with axle lubricant.

Using a Nm (inch lbs.) torque wrench, rotate the pinion. The rotational torque must read 0.6 Nm (5 inch lbs.) higher with the new pinion Seal installed

Howdy gang!!!

Pat, you are the man. The info you gave me about my wife's blend door was easy. I just hope Dave can follow instructions.
