Having to work is depressing for a slacker. I need a nap.

Morning fellas! Had to go vote and get my truck registration this morning. Since I live in a different county than where I work, that requires a trip to an entirely different town and then the drive to Marshall. I'm exhausted already!

Good for you! I have upped my repetitions and weights again for the second time now. Whenever it gets to where I am not worn out or sore any more after a workout, I figure it's time to crank it up a notch. After I finished my normal workout last night, I did 150 ab crunches with 50 lbs of weights on the total abdominal machine - just to see if I could do it - so I am expecting my abs to be a little sore tonight. It usually takes right at 24 hours for me to feel the soreness set in. I know that's not much to most people - but that's like doing 150 sit ups with 50 pounds sitting on your belly, and it was tough for me!

Good for you Pam! I did 45min on the tread mill last night at a 4* incline and 3.5MPH I am going to continue with that until next Monday and then I am going to through some weights in the mix. My hip is a little sore this morning but I cant tell if its from last night or carrying my pistol all day yesterday.

it's the pistol!

I normally do a 30 minute treadmill - but it's a programmed workout that changes speeds and inclines all during the time. After that, I do the weight machines. The gym we go to uses the Techno Gym system machines - it's all electronic and tells you what to do and then stores your actual workout data on electronic keys and saves it in the system for the trainers to review. It's a really neat system. http://www.technogym.com/us/viewdoc....et=commercial#

That what I was thinking as well I really need to get my new holster. That sounds like a pretty cool system I wish the gym we belong to had something like that it would be very handy.
