I don't really have far to drive but it's either climb a couple of hills after a curving bridge or another large hill on the highway to get to the van pick up spot. Idunno.

I tried to call off last Saturday when we got 2' of snow and you'd think I was askin for a million bucks. I called work and said I didn't wanna risk wrecking. (Mind you I've been at this place for over a year and never called off. Been there every day no matter what. I've bent over backwards to please the boss's too) There was pictures on the news of hundreds of cars wrecked/rolled over. I was told I'd be there no matter what. So I left 2 hours early and you could not see the roads at all. Took about 1.5 hours to get there at 15-20mph the whole way.

Pretty much if the boss can make it there, everyone should. Even the other managers that want to use their vacation days get yelled at when they try to use them.

Rant-over.

He lives about 15 miles away. I wouldn't have even minded goin in late after the plows ran at least once. I mean I like drivin when there's tons of snow, but it's other people I worry about.

For instance the other day slow lane was clear but the passing lane had prolly 4-5" of snow on it and a semi tried to pass me. I was doin 50-55 (the speedlimit) and I looked in my mirror and saw the trailer fish tailin a little bit. I sped up to 70mph before he finally pulled behind me again. I wasn't about to find out if he'd pass me without any problems.

yea its not good..... Will be an interesting project.

Stealth we ended up doing the AAL install because we were a little slow this morning at work. I dont know what brand it was but took all of an hour to do, after spending 20 minutes reconfiguring our drive on rack to be able to use both jacks in the back half
