BTW...Tell me you already saw Pearl Harbor. Great movie but a bit old.
I was just joking around about Arod.

I have seen PH, it's what we chose to watch tonight.

Pearl Harbor was a great movie. I should watch it again.

This game is so much fun to watch. Bottom of the 9th and still tied. Yankees are up.

Yeah, PH is a good movie. Would have sucked something fierce to have been there. God Bless those men, our men, our soldiers.

I went up to Albuquerque on Friday. Left my city about 11, got to ABQ around 230. I was going up for a friend & her room mate's bday party which was on Saturday night. My friend, Stacey, said that if I wasn't going anything I should go up a day early and watch the fireworks with her on the 4th. I had taken her out when she was last down here and we've been talking since then.

Once I arrived we went out to miniature golf (her room mate was down in my city, she's from here, til Saturday so just Stacey & me). We get back to her place and watch "Evita." Then we head out to dinner at an italian place and then to ABQ's balloon fiesta fields to watch the fireworks and see BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS!!!! (No one really knows their music, WTF?! Stacey didnt really know who they were at all).
Then we watched Hairspray at her house from about 11-whatever. Then we just sat and chatted until 5 (freakin a thats late for me.) Woke up around 10, hung out (man did she look beautiful all weekend) and her room mate and her boyfriend arrived around 4. We ordered pizza and ate. The dance party was that night. Stacey, myself, the room mate & bf all started to fall asleep around 945. People arrived for the party at 1015. They all played Kings (found out some things about friends that disturbed me, but yeah, yay "Never Have I Ever") for a little then the dancing began.
Danced for about 45 minutes then sat outside. Everyone left around 1230. Stacey and I sat on her couch just chatting and being disgustingly cute. I really like this girl.

As we're kissing I hear something that is curious. We both realize her room mate is having sex. Eh well. Stacey heads to bed around 330.

I really enjoy this girl's company. I know it sounds cliche, but she was finishing my sentences and answering my questions before I even got half way through. Hanging out with her was amazing. It's disappointing that she's 230 miles away and that next spring she'll be in Italy and I'll be doing God knows what (hopefully law school at Baylor, but who knows as it's possible I end up in ABQ for law school).

I haven't been this content and happy in quite a while. But now I sleep as I've slept about <15 hrs since wednesday
Good Grief! You sound about half normal! I don't know whether it's you or I am beginning to think like you!

Got the yard all done, the cattle dog bathed, and the farm truck washed. I'm pooped!

Maggie was a little intimidated by the cows, stuck right next to my leg.

Yeah, we have ravens in our yard all day it seems. My neighbor leaves his dog's food outside in the bowl all day. Those ravens pick some off and soak the kibble in MY birdbaths, nastifying them all up. My dogs aren't phased by the ravens.

Aren't those crows? Maybe a raven and a crow are the same thing, I don't know.

They're related somewhere in the family tree.

Well, raven just sounds too high class for the noisy, pesky bastids we have!

I think they are actually crows. Those things migrate from Mexico.
