Gym was good today... Linch

 

Just installed a JVC KD-R600 head unit in my wife's 2002 Impala. It's OK. Not top of the line, but much better than the stock cassette player. It will play my wife's MP3 player, so she's happy. The first one I installed, a different model entirely, had a faulty detachable face mechanism. It didn't occur until a week or so after I installed it. Sent it back to Crutchfield and got this model.

I have my last session with the personal trainer at the gym tonight. After that, I'm on my own for a couple of months. I never thought I would say it, but I am actually starting to enjoy going to the gym. I must be sick!

Nah, he already had it. He just started coming over here so he could "supervise" my gym activities.

 

Yupp. I have a DR appointment tomorrow and if every thing is ok I am going to start on Monday morning.
