I like a few songs by Pearl Jam. Last Kiss and Better Man are pretty good.

Man, you could be dangerous! I've never done that.

Really, I haven't. At least not that I remember.

Got my books and hit the gym hard. Down to 173 when I got in. Awesome workout... and today I ran the full 3 miles on the treadmill in 27 minutes. Did my 30 minute biking and then my hour of lifting. The more I look, the more I am thinning out. Really starting to get cut.

I love being 17. i run eight miles in one hour. i weigh about the same. i think im about 8 pounds less now. last year this time i was at 154. i had cut a lot of weight for weighlifting team. i hated it.

i had to lose weight during summer, gain wait during football, lose weight during weightlifting, mutual till summer. repeat. Now that im working 35 hours a week, sports are out of the question. just a few more months until i get to work full time again

Yeah I'm 18, gonna be 19 in may. It's nice and I think I'm gonna be one of the people at the reunions that is the most changed. I think by summer I will look pretty jacked.

But your changing your diet. As long as people make changes here and there, they see results. I feel bad when I see overweight people at the gym, it hurts to see, I feel like helping them at times. But I was once there myself so I can relate. Not too big, def needed to lose some weight and the past few years I've gotten more and more serious about it. I think this year I am polishing myself off and this will be the "wow" year. I've already had people say things to me.
