I just left HEB a bit ago. When I was walking out to my truck and unlocked the door there was an older man that was probably in his 60s that walked up to me and said "Is that a brand new truck?" Shoulda seen the look on his face when I told him it was an 05.

Good, their still paying me Still hot on the ovens tho. -10 degrees is perfect temperature up there, you dont sweat as much.

School is going pretty well. I had a rough test in my management class after doing well on the first one and will start studying for the next test tomorrow. I have a feeling he will be letting us know when the next one is soon. Prolly sometime late next week or the following week. The philosophy class is challenging but I am trying to get the material. I am going to meet with the professor tomorrow to try to clear some things up and then take a few redo quizzes. The other classes are not too bad. The art class is a pain but bearable. Math and English are good. I find in some classes I need to give myself more time to study so I have started doing that. It's scary that finals start in a little over a month. I'll be out for break it looks around the 19th of Dec.

I try to tell myself that it is worth it. I work at Target now. Opened the store so I am one of the originals. It sucks tho now because I will have to stay later at night with holidays. I'm hoping no later than 11pm. I have to get up at 5:30. I can't fall asleep after work so it takes me an hour to wind down. God I can't wait to be done with this. Been there over 2.5 years and still make under $9 and I even got their employee of the month and am "a valued team member" BS

Did you get a degree? I could sworn you had a associates or something?
