It can be raised. In fact, I read where it will have to be raised for one of the upcoming concerts.

It takes a punt with a hang time close to 5 seconds to hit it and there are not many of those. Plus, if you are angling out of bounds, you don't hit it. One of the things that needs to be determined, if you hit it, since the play is null and void(like it didn't happen), do you put the time back on the clock? Seems as if you should, and they didn't during the game Friday night.

 

You could still hit if it you were angling. One of the kickers in warmups said he hit it like 4 or 5 times trying to do that.


ETA: They probably didnt know EXACTLY how to handle the situation with the clock and things since it has never happened before.

 

Yes, but in warm ups, they were trying to hit it. McBriar kicked a 62 yarder during the game, and didn't hit it.

It shouldn't be where it can be hit though, in my opinion. I thing Jerry just wants attention drawn to it.

I have about had it for the day I found out this morning someone broke into our store here and took the cash in the till it wasnt much but still I am pretty pissed about it. Whoever did this knew the weakness in the system and where to enter the building and used the key to get into the drawer. That and the fact that they went into a desk and got the key and took nothing else just the cash. Add in the normal monday crap and not feeling well all day and I am just not a happy camper right now.
