I got my headgasket Discovery put back together and the dang truck wont start. We tried selling him plugs and wires, but he declined. Now hes gonna have to buy them to even get the truck running

its cranking we just have a really really weak spark

 

Is the chassis ground tight?

 

everything is connected, just a crappy orange spark from the plug, not a strong bright blue/white spark. Usually you can hear the plug snap as it fires, and it barely shoots any flame from tip to electrode.
