So I painted my door handles and mirrors with black fusion. And cleared them. Some parts have some whitish looking areas with more of a bubbly look. It still needs to keep drying but that usually goes away right?

how clean did you get them before you painted them? Sounds like you might have some wax on them that is affecting the paint.

I wish my little spinner things on my wheels had the running pony on them instead of just the Ford emblem.

the mirrors are pretty easy to change out, i'd recommend just having the ones on your truck painted while they are in the shop. Just need to do a little sanding before they hit the paint booth. I dont think you'd have the detachable skull caps if they arent painted already.

You could order new mirrors but it wont be cheap, unless you get lucky and find some with red skull caps on them already

You don't think someone makes them? Surely I am not the only person who wants such a thing. What do you call those spinner looking things?

Those are only on sports cars. These don't really do anything and are just stuck on for looks. Ford calls them spinners.
