rims, lower body kit and lowered, cant imagine that more than $2k was spent

i guess we all have a different description of an amazing.
i actually liked it better in his reply #71, not try trying to pretend to be anyhting other than a nice looking truck.

I don't think anybody's really bashing him. I equate that truck with a woman that looks really nice... with her clothes on. When she comes out of them you find that, without her stuffed wonder-bra, her girdle, and the pantyhose that were keeping her *** from falling down the back of her legs, she's not what you thought you were getting. Big disappointment. Same thing with that truck. It looks good; but, it's disappointing that it's not the real deal.

He isn't trying to make it look like the real deal either, he just has the body kit and headlights (which were in the first picture too)

If I ever loose a headlight to a deer strike I am getting the Lightning style ones because I think they are the best looking ones out there, and I hope people don't think I am trying to make my truck look like a Lightning.

With no Lightning badges (he even has NBS badges) I would say he just mixed and matched parts he liked for his truck, just like the rest of us do. I would call imposter if he was trying to make it down to the nose a clone but with a V-6, but he obviously isn't, it is just a lowered V-6 truck with a bodykit, headlights, and rims.

Last week I saw a green fleet side around 77-04 body style. He had the side exhaust, some kind of lincon navigator hood and grill, a lightning style valance and....svt badges on the tailgate.

It was on the highway so the wheels 20-22 inch it had been lowered.

Looked not bad, but the svt badges kind of put me off.
