I kept on waiting for him to get hit & car from the oncomming traffic, or for him to flip it over! I thought I saw a Police Cruiser go buy in the opposite direction, I was waiting for the Red & Blues to come up behind him, however He didn't come up! How could that Trooper not have seen him!........

 

I'm pretty sure he circled back to check it out. They were on the shoulder of the road by the time he would have seen them. When they pulled into that storage place you could see the cruiser go by again on the highway.
