Bought a phone off ebay from wireless_experts (trust me, nothing expert about them). First off the phone was from Mexico and was used (advertised as new & unopened). I tried to return the phone and was stalled to the point of them not willing to accept my return because it was beyond their acceptable return policy. Then I had been communicating with the owner or general manager and he told me return the phone and they would replace it with a phone of my choice. I sent the phone back and told them my preference, that was over a month ago. Suddenly the guy won't communicate with me, what a shocker! So basically I paid them $166 and sent the phone back and have nothing to show for my money. Just wanted to warn everyone about this company and if you see their ebay storefront, keep going because I'm definitely not the first and won't be the last customer they rip off.

First your truck wheels get stolen, ignition broken, stolen wheels end up on the 10 oclock news, now an ebay scammer... You should go buy a lottery ticket because your bad luck has got to be running out...

But seriously, sorry about the trouble, and thanks for warning about this ebay scum bag, people of the internet need as much warning as we can get!

You should be able to get a charge back for the money your out on the phone if you paid with a credit/debit card. Just ask your bank, i always get my money back within 24 hours.

 

Ebay sucks when it comes to buying phones. I bought my last two from http://www.dealextreme.com.. They have some pretty nice phones and are always unlocked. Good service too. They are shipping from Japan though so it takes about a week,

 

If you paid with PayPal, you'll get your money back. File a claim.
