Guess what i got 2 sit in today? A Silver 2008 Challenger!!! I was at a Baseball tournament in Canton MI. today for my son. We were just getting out of the truck and walking toward the diamonds, and my son said, look at that Challenger.... I said ****... How did he get his already? I told my son to go ahead, and i was going to see if i could talk to him. He parked it a row over and i asked him how he got it so fast, and he said he worked at the factory. I told him i have 2 on order and he said want to sit in it? I said Hell yeah!!! Wow, i can't wait. He told me to start it, and there was no key??? He said put your foot on the brake and push the button on the dash. No keys needed, but you need to have the Key fob thing on you. It sounded soooo nice. Within minutes, a crowd had formed, and i was sitting in it. He said take all the pictures that i wanted. So if anyone cares, (even you critic's are welcomed) the pictures are in my gallerie under the Misc. pictures.

This guy said that there is 6 or 7 of them running around the Detroit area. He said that he has driven these on and off for the last 2 years. He must of been a BigWig of some sort at Chrysler. He said that this is still the proto of this car and that don't pay attention to the fitting of the body panels and all the scratches. They are just trying these cars out in the real world conditions. He said that the wheels and some other things may be changed a little bit. He also said that they are having problems getting engines for these cars, they are made in Mexico. So I say, "No more Cinco de Mayo" until you get your work done!!!

The outside is pretty nice, the drivetrain is pretty nice, but good god they should of done something better with the interior. It doesn't do anything for me..

I am disapointed with the interior too. They should of had complete leather seating, and a 3 post steering wheel. The dash is weak also. It had comfortable seating, and alot of head and leg room. I might have some custom seat covers made for it at a later date.

The steering wheel was the big turn off for me. Isn't that the same one they use in their trucks?
