I currently live in Tulsa. Summers are hot and humid, but coming from the Cali desert they won't seem too bad. We tend to have a lot of ice every winter. We have some snow but the ice is typically the major problem. Snow gets worse as you go west from Tulsa but better as you go south, so Ada might not be too bad.

We have major hailstorms every couple of years. In you might also see the infrequent tornado.

I'll be living in Enid this summer. Does anyone know of a good dragstrip near-by?

If you're from SoCal the women won't be that impressive unless you drive to Dallas.

You know why Texas doesn't slide off into the gulf of mexico? Because Oklahoma sucks!

Jk I live in north Texas, and am in Oklahoma often. Its a great place with good people and some of the most beautiful country you will ever see.

Well you can go to west Texas and its pretty close to a desert, I think you will like Oklahoma its pretty nice country and the weather is hard to beat other than the tornados.
