Man, I'm from Georgia. I've seen some wacked out shi t before. Cars jacked up beyond legal, cars with no body paneling, cars that have no glass at all. Trust me... It's amazing what people do, and even more amazing the COPS let them do it. Georgia is one big driving saftey hazard.
