Is there anywhere online that tells how many hours the dealership can charge for a certain job? .. I know they have a program that tells how many hours a job should take.

 

Any shop can charge whatever they want for a particular job. There's labor guides out there, and that's all they are...guides. They should by no means be taken as the gospel.

I have access to an online labor guide through my employer. Most of the better guides (Mitchells, Alldata) require subscription fees to view their content. How much are the fees, I dunno.
