Ford is going to start putting in a "blind spot mirror". Trick is that the driver's side mirror is required to be flat.

They should be able to just intergrate a small spot mirror like Dodge Rams(3/4 tons) have. So that way the rest of the mirror will be flat. I love my spot mirrors, no more looking over your shoulder or leaning forward to make sure nothing is in your way.
