.aam file help

Helping my mother, well trying to, open some online tutorials. The file is a aam file and I have had no luck getting it opened for her. I know this question probably has an easy solution, could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

That helped, now it actually tried to open/load. It takes a while but eventually I get the error message ".....File is damaged or not authorware file" The file loaded properly to the best of my knowledge, should I try to reload that again?

Thanks again for your help!

Have you verified that the file is okay, ie not a virus, etc. If it is, you might try reloading, but it might possibly be a older version the newer software can not handle, or a file just having an aam extension, that is not really an authorware product.
