whats up in the general d today

I have a Snapper yardcruiser that is low on transmission hydrolic oil.

The Dealer will not sell me any and says he don't know what kind it needs.

He will however refill it if I bring it to him!
Does anyone here know what kind of oil goes in the hydrolic transmission on one of these bad boys.....

Thanks in advance for any info

Have you tried to find the service manual?

http://www.snapper.com/manuals/

If you have the model number, you can get the manuals here

Thanks for the link, what I need to know seems to be top secret.

I'm still checking.
Thanks

Thanks.

This one has two pump-motor combos on it. It's not quite like hydrostat I don't think.
I'll keep looking the site over though.
thanks

Is your answer from experience with the snapper?

Thanks
