'01 5.4 s/c making 500+ rwhp and 600+ ft/lbs, 330 miles is my best so far. My average is 260-270. I never run the whole tank out though. I average about 22 gallons per fill up. That's about 12 mpg. That's running stock timing of 12 degrees advance. If I upped the timing some, I'd get more power and better economy... and a bigger chance of leaving parts of the stock block all over the road. lol

02 F150 SC 4x4: Chipped, AF1, Gibson Exhaust, I get 310 miles to a 25 gallon tank using premium fuel. In the winter months it drops down to about 250.
17 inch wheels, with BFG AT/KO 265/70/17
355 ls

I remember meeting a fellow at one of the F150 meets we used to have, he had a 2001 screw, 5.4, 4x4, and the guy tried telling us he was getting about 1,100 kilometres per tank, which worked out to about 683 miles per 25 mile tank or 27.3 MPg.

Anyways, the guy acted sooo insulted when I called BS to his claim, he made it look like I had insulted his good name, and what nerve I had calling him a liar, I just laughed at him.

He kinda disappeared, I think he was taking political science in university.
Seems kinda fitting.

I have nearly the same truck and get 14 MPG. You may just need a tune up. Or do you do a lot of city driving?

(3.55's, 33 inchers, intake & exhaust)
