I got it installed tonight. However I can't get the navigation to pick up my current location or even move on the map. I have no idea what's going on with it. Anyone have any ideas? Are you supposed to set something up in the begining? I'm getting "okay" GPS signal which should pick up at least something. I didn't hook up the VSS or the reverse signal but it says neither HAVE to be hooked up for the navigation or the unit to function. I did everything right with the bypass though.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had an issue with my N3 until I hooked up the VSS.

Where do you have the antenna mounted at?

It's under the dash, but I drove it around and it locked onto my position twice during a 10 minute drive. It slowly started moving so I think it just needs to be driven more. I'm going to move the antenna in the headliner on a piece of metal because it only gets 3 out of 8 bars of signal under the dash.

Moved it to on top of the headliner and got it working. Man this thing is AWESOME !! I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a double din navigation headunit by a long shot.

I can't explain how much I love it that I've got it working. I still need to hook up the VSS and figure out what to do with my radio antenna. The factory antenna didn't fit into the unit so I just left it unplugged for the time being since I really don't EVER listen to the radio. Now for some pictures !! =D
