More Bad Toyota press

Yet another reason to not buy a Toyota.

I find it disconcerting that 3 different dealers would tell him, yeah its a surging issue but that normal?? WTF!!! Its NOT normal for any vehicle to just accelerate on its own. If a dealer would have told me that I would have laughed in his face and told him to go flip burgers cuz he obviously dont know chit about trucks.

Its call drive by wire rev hang. A lot of car manufactures are adding that "rev hang" to their drive by wire cars to help with emmisions, it basically hangs onto the revs after you let go of the gas to shift gears for a second. Honda does this on their new civics also. Its not a flaw, it was designed to do that.
Those who are complaining just don't know how to drive correctly thats all or not use to it.

i wouldnt ask of ford or chevy to do it because plain and simple everybody knows they dont have the money for it. Toyota has the money for it now, but i doubt they will in the future to do it again

This is just another red flag for potential Toyota buyers. It's sad to see people getting in serious accidents over what? rev hang? WTF is that and why is this the only car to apparently have this? I think FBW throttle control is on every vehicle now. This is not normal and should be fixed. I like this clip, it really hits Toyota hard, especially that old lady who says Toyota knows and Toyota is playing games. Go old lady!!! This just further proves that there is Ford and can't afford, Ford is #1 and will always be. Even the dealership drops the ball huge with these people.
