Seeing as how my life depends on my weapon everyday, i cant imagine using a small caliber like the 380. So that is why I carry my Ruger SP101 .357 off duty. You made an excellent choice! There is no reason with the size of pistols today to carry such an ineffective caliber. Would I want to be shot with it? NO, but would I trust my life to it either, NO
