When i got my license, i had a 6 month period where i cannot drive anyone in the car legally. Although you cant get pulled over for it, my dad did drive by one day and saw me driving a girl downtown (she asked for a ride in the truck 
). I had had my license maybe 2 months at this point. and that was it, i didnt have my license again for a month. Since then i never break the rules, and have still never been pulled over (knock on wood).
