I just got a job in gainesville and looking for a place to live for a few months. I found this web site www.gainesville-rent.com I was wondering what are some of the better apartments to live in. I need $800 or less with pets and 1 bedroom. I don't want to be by UF but I want a nice area. If anybody can help would be appreciated. I looking for a 7 month lease so I can by a house at the end of the year.

 

I used apartment hunters when I lived there to find my place. They were very good and very knowlegable.

The problem is that housing is hard to come by there. Get anyplace you can now and sign like a six month lease, then, RIGHT NOW, start shopping for a place to live in the fall when everybodie's leases are up for renewal. If you don't start shopping now, the good stuff get's signed on early.
