The wife took a short video with our digital camera today and I'm trying to get it to work on youtube. I've uploaded it in the original mp4 format and also converted it to flv and uploaded it but it's cutting almost half of the frame out either way. Even just opening off my hd it only seems to show the whole thing if I open it in Quicktime. Open it in anything else and you only see half of what's there.
Here's what I mean. The first picture is a snap of how it looks in quicktime. The second picture is how it looks on youtube or if you open it in anything besides quicktime.


What I would like to do is get it to show the full thing on youtube. Any ideas?
