Possible cure for Global Warming

paul harvey reported last week that the temps over the last two years have wiped out any global warming at all when averaged in with the temps over the last 100 years. The warmest year of this last warm cycle was 1998... we are cooling. Hope you didn't get an A on that paper LOL

Fox News...
It all depends on who's paying the labs to generate the scientific data as to what result they come up with. They'll say anything you want them to say if the price is right. Global Warming is big money, and it's a shame we're forced to comply with it when it's been happening in climate cycles for all eternity.
"Global Warming is BS because where I live its cold"
Global Warming means the average temp across the globe is rising (and yes, it is) As an effect of this, places will suffer extreme's in temperture (both hot AND cold). I don't have time to explain it, do your own research.
Here is a neat article I just read sittin on the pot. There are many, many more.
http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/0706/feature2/
The Artic is Melting. Ice-bergs are depleteing, glaciers are melting and some almost gone. The Perma-frost is melting (not so "Perma" anymore) . Other vast "frozen" ice sheets are melting this is leading to polar bears having to travel much farther distances in ice water, resulting in hundreds washing up dead from drowning.
Anyone watch Ice Road Truckers ? When they began hauling loads across the ice (the first "Ice Road Trucker's") the season lasted roughly 10 month or so. Now its down to what ? 60 days ? And getting shorter and shorter each year.
We are having record numbers with hurricanes and other extreme weather. This included record highs AND lows.
The ice is melting, change is happening. Things are different.
The Glacier National Park will be void of ice by 2030 if it keeps on track.
Small Glaciers sprinkled through out the Andes and Himalaya have a few more decades at best. The Greenland Ice sheets have more then doubled their rate of ice loss in the past decade (Study done by Eric Rignot, scientist with Nasa Jet Propulsion Labratory.
Places like Ilulissat (well above the Artic Circle) has had an average of minus 20... instead, last may it was raining (first time in recored history).
Ocean Levels have steadily risen 1/8 inch each year. At this rate, by 2100 the entire Ocean will be over 1 foot higher. This is the same results a United Nations Panel predicted earlier this year. Along with many well know Scientist helping to confirm these results (such as Steven Nerem of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
There is a global rginization or the measuring of glaciers (I am not sure their group name), they have reported a steady decline in Glacier thickness since they started in 1977.
Yes there are a couple growing thicker. Out of the 16 main glacier... 1 has grown thicker, the rest have lost a substantial portion of their mass.
And for the record, i believe this Global Warming thing is part of a natural cycle, perhaps sped up by our actions, but not sure how much, if any, influence we really have.
*** edit: I apologize for any mis-spelling. I did this on my lunch break, tried going fast so that I could still have time to eat! Please, if you would like a mature debate, please provide facts with the researcher as best you can.

Agreed
Its just another political crap scheme thought up by the democrats to try to regain control of the government.
Look up a BBC documentary called "The great global warming swindle"
Or go on Amazon and look for books on it. Hell even John Stossle wrote a book about how its fake and he is an acclaimed reporter.
Global warming=
Politicians Makin up crap to get the folks scared and to help out folks who put money in their pocket to say so, so we can all " go green" and "save the world ", or IMO or just make those money pushers richer.
I think I'll go and gut my cats now........
If i remember right, climatology studies indicate it was pretty darn hot when dinosaurs walked around, livin in all that huge azz vegitation and takin huge craps in huge azz swamps cause the ice all melted.
Thanks to that hot spell, My F-150 can now dump out a pleseasaurus or brontasaurus through the tailpipe.
and then....WHAM......ICE AGE!!
While im guttin the cats, i better put in a block heater

True dat. We need to get some damn oil in Alaska... and there's not even any trees to hug there... what a joke.
Also, to the OP, I fail to see how this dirt can "grow" being that it IS in inanimate object...
