About 5-6 years ago, when I was working out regularly, my max was 415lbs on the Bench Press. My last set on my workout was 315 as many times as I could and 9 reps was the best I ever got. I was 32-33 yrs old then, but now I probably couldn't bench 200.I never worked out my legs, I hated it. Just did cardio to keep them in shape.

Thats when you have people stand on the top of the plate were the weghts go add another 150-200 lbs
my gym has 100 lbs weghts i ran outta room on the bar and i was only at 666 NUMBER OF THE BEAST!!
