Nope your wrong....Canadians are NOT officially in the War against Iraq....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada_and_the_Iraq_War

There are a few there and they have been in the persian gulf since 1991 during the gulf war. Canada did nto support the US's decision to invade Iraq.

that's right. they are officially not in it, but they are there as part of NATO and NORAD agreements.

we need to separate the weenie politicians from the actual Canadian Armed Forces that continue to work with the US forces. Generals are lifers. Not 4 year appointments. They recognize what needs to be done for the long term

What a dumb speech!

A special note to our neighbors. Canada is on List 2. Since we are likely to be seeing a lot more of each other, you folks might want to try not pissing us off for a change.

What an ignorant statement!

What seems to be the problem with France?

Saved their ***** in WW1, WW2, 'Nam and just about every other conflict they've been in (voluntarily or otherwise)... and they've denounced the US and it's actions every chance they get.

Big enough of a problem to let the cheese eaters get taken over by Germany for a 3rd time? Yup.

He's pro-American, anti-weenie, right-wing, anti-welfare, anti-lazy, etc.

He, like Angela Merkel in Germany are going to bring those two countries up to American levels of productivity, accountability and intolerance of laziness

whatever happened to good ole fashion war?

bomb the place to hell, kill all the men folk, enslave the women and children?
ITs not called "happy fun time".

I think thats where its all wrong. Why are we rebuilding anything? I don't think its supposed to work way. Who cares for the Iraqi people? Not me...
And when the towers fell, I remember watching videos of them cheering and burning american flags....I guess no one else does.

Liberating Iraqis was part of the rationale in deposing Saddam Hussein. As far as rebuilding, you don't go in a country and destroy their infrastructure and not rebuild it if you are liberating them.
