I'm on Gilbert and Ray. It's a couple miles north of the San Tan 202.

How do you get those kind of pics? I put my camera on "night" but I still didn't get a clear shot.

Yup, sure enough, dumped on us last night so I wouldn't have seen anything. You guys got to have fun watching an eclipse, I got to get up to a driveway full of work for me to do. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I used the fully manual option on my camera. Since I have taken many classes in photography, I know my f-stops and such. But it goes beyond that.

I own a slew of fully manual cameras, such as a Nikon FG60 which is by far my favorite.

I do own two fully automatic SLRs too. But the new ones are not like the old fully manual ones. You get way more control over the picture.

Thanks, I had to take quite a few to get those ones, but if you enjoy taking photos, you know how that is

I used a Canon S5 IS.. it's between a Point and shoot and a DSLR. It has full manual control including manual focus, and produces some great photographs. I love this camera, especially for the price.....
