A Lake Effect Snow Warning Remains In Effect Until 5 Am Est
Wednesday.

Lake Effect Snow Developed Early This Morning And Is Expected To
Continue Across Northern Chautauqua...northwest Cattaraugus And
Southern Erie Counties. The Snow Should Remain Relatively
Stationary Into Tonight...but Could Drift North To The Southern
Buffalo Suburbs For A While. Up To 12 Inches Could Accumulate
Today With Another 6 To 10 Inches Possible Tonight. Strong Winds
Will Bring Very Poor Visibility In Blowing And Drifting Snow
Today.

In Lake Effect Snow The Weather Can Vary From Locally Heavy Snow
In Narrow Bands To Clear Skies Just A Few Miles Away. If You Will
Be Traveling Across The Region Be Ready For Rapid Changes In Road Conditions.

That sucks. We have a high of 65 here today and sunny. I am thinking of going fishing after work for an hour or two.

It's no picnic in Minnesota this time of year but I've always been thankful that we don't have to deal with lake effect snow. I don't think we've had more than 10-12 inches of snow all season so far. Looking for -20F tomorrow night and maybe that will be our last sub zero reading for the year.

HEY welcome back Dave, online jail is a tough gig been there. I was almost rapped by a gang of honda dudes from a honda fourm that had banned them and they were in for life.

If i want to fish i have to put on 17 layers of clothes then 1 more layer to be sure, drive and slide down to the lake and smash a hole in the ICE that is 20" thick, setup the hut which then blows away due to the high winds we have had all %$^$#in winter. I think i may had SID's other than that its all good.
