That's the way a lot of the Greenville Police Dept. vehicles are around here...especially the K-9 units. I guess it is to keep people from messing with the dogs in the cars.

A lot of the better tint manufacturers (3M, etc.) have their logo with the % marked on the bottom corner of the film. I know that the tint on my front windows is not legal.
