That last part really pissed me off, I'm thinking of moving out and getting my own place.

Try reasoning with him one more time. Tell him you need a superduty, and a diesel will more than make it worth his trouble.

I think he's scared I'll get another regular cab.
I do take them places but, I make them ride in the back because they smell funny.

Nobody can accuse you of not being a good son.

As an aside, I bet your folks would be able to tell you the code for your keypad easily enough.

good thread guys..all I know is I bought my 2004 regular cab f150 in May of 04....first new vehicle I have ever owned...still have it but have done a s^%t load of stuff to it......I like that people show off/post their newest mods....just gives me more ideas....in my case it means I have to do 6 more months in Iraq to save up, but thats cool, I don't think a lot of guys on here have had to go to that extreme for mods.....but some have and my hats off to you

If my parents wanted to buy me a truck in school and lift it I'd take it in a minute. You can't be a **** to the kid for taking something from mom and dad. You would do the same ****.

I myself paid for my first truck. And this one I just wanna pay off and lift it. And keep er for a while. I love my truck.

I don't get it either, why buy a kid a new vehicle while they are still in high school. I am sure there are plenty of varying situations of how any one kid has landed such a prize though.

I have noticed a lot of trucks on the market since I bought mine in October.07. I could hardly find a Scab then , now they are everywhere and looking good too.
